The appointment:

It is always first thing in the morning for safety reasons, in order to take advantage the maximum stability of the atmosphere and avoiding thermal currents. It depends on the time of sunrise, so in spring/summer we would be staying at the takeoff field around 7:00-7:30am and ending around 11:00 in the same place, and in autumn/winter it would be from 8:00-8:30am to 12:00 approx., always depending on the time of sunrise.

Duration of the activity:
3 hours 30 minutes approx.

Activity not indicated for people with heart problems, bones or excessive overweight (more than 130kg.).
